Thomas Frank Luchetta

Thomas Frank Luchetta, of Cicero, passed away at the age of 63 on March 5th, 2022, He was born on November 28th, 1958, in Chicago, the son of the late Thomas and Anna (nee Barducci) Luchetta. After graduating from Brother Rice High School in 1977, Tom served Local 110 (Motion Picture Projectionist Union) for 35+ years. Tom met everyone with warmth and charisma, he always made you feel special and a part of his family. After playing hockey for most of his life, and winning the state championship twice, Tom was a lifelong Chicago Blackhawks fan (even during the losing years). He was always more than happy to sit down and watch a hockey game with you or share a few laughs over a beer. Tom is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lesley Luchetta (nee Sumeracki); his son, James Luchetta (Kathleen); his siblings Al Vigiletti (Elizabeth) and Donna Luchetta; his sister-in-law, Shelley Sumeracki, and brother-in-law, RJ Sumeracki; and many nieces and nephews: Zack Young; Seth Young (Melissa); Rebecca Bradley (Lance); Hannah Sumeracki; Jeb Sumeracki (August); Laura Reidel (Jake); Michael Vigiletti (Kathryn).
