Catherine Kennedy

Catherine Kennedy away on February 3, 2025, at the age of 88. A visitation for Catherine will be on Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at The Sourek Manor Funeral Home, 5645 W. 35th ST, Cicero. Catherine Kennedy: she was the last of her sibling group to pass. She immigrated to the United States in the 70’s with her husband Hugh Kennedy who proceeded her in death (2000) and her younger son Hugh Peter Kennedy(2013) she leaves behind her oldest son Michael Kennedy his wife Constance Kennedy, grandchildren Liam Kennedy (Sara Kennedy), Seamus Kennedy, Brighid Kennedy, Aidan Kennedy. 

Catherine worked as a nurse for many years until she retired. She was a long time member of Mary Queen of Heaven church and a devout Catholic. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews in Canada, Ireland, New Zealand etc. she will be greatly missed and always remembered.
